The Panoramic visit rides along the dam crest and the Itaipu viewpoints by bus, stopping at the spillway. It takes about an hour and a half and stays outside: the structure is understood by its scale, which only registers when you see the whole dam at once. Going inside the plant is a different programme, not included here.
