About this tour

The Jaguar Trail: 10 km built for bikes

The Jaguar Trail was developed specifically for cycling inside Iguaçu National Park — one of the world's largest remaining Atlantic Forest reserves. The 10-kilometer route takes you through the subtropical forest interior with guides who prioritize a contemplative pace: no rush, so you can absorb the dense vegetation, the sounds of the forest and the wildlife that occasionally appears at the trail's edge. The full experience takes approximately 90 minutes.

Variant route all the way to the Falls

For those who want more distance, there is a 9-kilometer variant that departs from the park's Visitor Center and follows the internal road to Iguazu Falls and the Belmond Hotel das Cataratas — arriving by bike right at the edge of the cascades. Bikes provided in multiple sizes, with helmets, water and transport to the trailhead included. By prior reservation only.
