The house serves Chinese cooking and the service is à la carte: each dish is ordered, not assembled at a buffet. The menu covers noodles, shrimp, pork, chicken, duck, fish and vegetables, in the range the house calls the most complete in the city.
À la carte lunch is served Monday to Saturday; dinner, every day. Anyone who would rather help themselves will find the buffet version of the same house, sold separately.

Drinks are not included — there are two set packages, and anything outside them is paid on site, plus 10% service. The round-trip transfer is chosen as an add-on.
