Unlike the counter houses, Búfalo Branco is a rodízio in the literal sense: the grill cooks circle the tables offering cuts off the skewer — around twenty of them, beef, lamb and poultry, plus chicken hearts and grilled pineapple. Hot dishes, pasta and salads sit at the buffet, and the house is known for the size of that table. Serving since 1989.
The house opens for lunch and for dinner, Monday to Sunday, which makes it the easiest option to slot into a packed itinerary. It sits in downtown Foz, a few minutes from the hotels there.
