The house serves an all-you-can-eat buffet: over 30 salads, Brazilian dishes and samples of Asian, Arab and Italian cooking, seafood, and a table given over to desserts. The meat is separate, at a counter where the grill cooks carve to order — more than fifteen cuts, and you pick yours there rather than waiting for a skewer to reach the table.
After dinner comes the Latin American show, running through the music and dance of nine countries in the region, with numbers that pull the audience in. The round-trip transfer is chosen as an add-on, according to where your hotel is; so are drinks, in two set packages.
Buffet dinner, the grill and show admission
Dinner with show runs Monday to Saturday, and the house asks for a booking in advance. Drinks are not included: the package covers beer, water and soft drinks, Mercosur wines have their own package, and anything outside them is paid on site, plus 10% service.
